      Good benefits, good culture, there's always some sort of planned event to keep employees interactive with one another

      Cons

      CEO is well aware and allows employees to be treated poorly even after several complaints against their manager. Not made to feel valuable. Certain managers have no problem telling you if you're a bad underwriter and make you feel stupid. Threaten to fire employees on multiple occasions. Singles certain people out weekly to put them down constantly.

      Pros

      Great Pay - Semi good insurance - Great Hours - Flexibility - Promotes from within often.

      Cons

      Going through a lot of changes - they pick a new business strategy every year - Sometimes can feel a bit like high school - HR doesnt send notifications out when people leave so they tend to just disappear. Lack of communication i guess.
