Pros
- Learned a lot while working there - Good amount of PTO (4 weeks) - Good team of people - Good Salary
Cons
The company changed after they merged with MVP. They continuously lost members due to the increase cost of coverage all while reducing the benefits for the members. MVP was losing members and with that now losing money. Instead of number of employees continuing to grow as they were with Hudson Health Plan... layoffs began to mount to save money. It was all downhill from their. If employees were not getting laid off they were leaving for better opportunities.
