      Because Huddly has the people and comptence to make inteligent camera technolgies that will disrupt the industry

      Cons

      In a start-up you need to bring pens to the office from home - not the other way around like in enterprises ;-)

      Pros

      - Management is listening to the employees - If you are creative, you get the freedom to act on your creativity - The Board wants the company to succeed - Flat organisational structure - Work-life balance - Fast pace - most decisions are made quickly - No bureaucracy

      Cons

      - The organisational structure is still in the development stage, so we need to take our time to listen to each other and decide who makes the decision at the end.
