Poor management, always changing processes and pay plan. Also, lack direction but might be by design so nobody knows what's going on but upper management. Regardless if you do a good job or poor you are on the clock and on your way out. Was told by someone close to owner that they pay the window washer depending on how desperate he is at the time.
