      Pros

      The colleagues were wonderful. The non-work aspect of the company is wonderful. The People team really makes you feel welcome and at home. The office is lovely and the perks were nice (eg. you can charge your EV for free).

      Cons

      This company will not be scaleable with the current leadership it has. The C-Level is completely out of touch with the reality of this business, i.e. they don't seem to either realize or just want to ignore the fact that in order to make something grow, you must have a solid foundation and build from there. This is absolutely not the case. All decisions made are reactionary at best.

      Pros

      Strong culture, great people, and overall huge company potential. Given that Hubject is growing quickly, there are significant opportunities in both the European and North American teams.

      Cons

      Growing company, so structure is continually being developed. Those used to very defined roles in a large organization may find this difficult to adapt to.
