Pros

Good Product Idea Good for freshers and less then 4 year experience for learning purpose.

Cons

1) Some SD managers if everything went well, take credit themselves, if not just start blaming the employee. 2) No work life balance. 3) Some SD managers never admit their mistake. 4) We have to work for late nights, event 12 hours per day. We have to also work for weekends. 5) Excessive work & pressure, less time. 6) No flexible hours and no working for 8 hours, we have to work for minimum 12 hours. 7) Never and ever touch the managers, never and ever oppose the manager when they start blaming you, just listen and behave like slaves. 8) If you touch the manager, they will start mentally torture and blame you entire the organization. 9) Managers start sharing the incident with other employees. 10) Some SD managers in meeting they start insulting you... Bare It new Joiners. you don't have other choice....

Pros

Due to it's ridiculously fast growth and expansion, there is a ton of opportunity for employees that are excited about and enjoy the rapidly changing environment that comes along with crazy growth. Proactive, curious, growth minded individuals can try their hand at a wide range of projects. Nothing is set in stone, and there is room for improvement everywhere, which means anyone/everyone is able to contribute new ideas, suggestions and processes and leadership on done are receptive to all of it. The funding situation is great, which allows the org to select and implement the latest tech stack as desired, and to take the risks needed to experiment with new programs/projects. The event space is being completely reinvented right now and has no clear front runners with insurmountable advantages. The leadership team is doing their best to learn as they go and become a people first organization, and open to feedback accordingly.

Cons

For the same reasons above...the organization is somewhat chaotic due to the rapid growth. People that want to sit quietly working within a concrete process and aren't comfortable with rapid change and uncertainty...are likely to be dissatisfied. The leadership team is still in the learning phase and trying to build a strong culture where there hasn't been one...the con of that is...it takes time and it's not in place (the pro is you can help influence it). The company is global, and fully remote. Timezones and remote work present big challenges for strengthening team bonds and finding good times to collaborate so flexible schedules and clear communication are a requirement.
