      Pros

      Positive leadership that communicates well. Fair salaries and policies - they try to take care of their employees despite being PE-owned. A real turnaround in the last 18 months - finally got management in that gets it and does more than just collect a paycheck.

      Cons

      It's PE-owned so who knows what the future will bring- many are afraid that the next owner will destroy the company.

      Pros

      Small company focused on establishing foothold in luxury lighting. One building where lighting is crafted and company executives collaborate. Won awards for creative design

      Cons

      Some “made in America “ claims are misleading. Only about 20-30% is made bun US. Most of which is assembling. Everything is from China. Yet local vendors used are few and far between in all actuality. Custom lighting is disorganized and nightmarish. Despite claims of “being able to customize anything”
