Pros
HBI is a very family-oriented company and they really care for their employees and talent. For the right people, they will do what they can to keep their people happy. Company is pretty stable and they are continuing to grow in the radio industry. The industry is "fun" and although corporate life can be boring at HBI, there are some perks that can make some of the mundane a bit more exciting.
Cons
There is very little opportunity for advancement, at least in certain positions. There also seems to be a resistance to change as well. Very old-school culture.
