Pros

You will interacted and develop great relationships with co workers.

Cons

I strongly encourage others to exercise caution. Since the acquisition by Hub Group, the culture and values that once defined this organization have shifted dramatically. What was once a place built on dedication and hard work has been overshadowed by poor management, a lack of true leadership, minimal appreciation for employees, and at times, deceptive practices. Hub Group’s approach seems less about investing in people and more about extracting what they need from acquired companies, leaving loyal employees to feel undervalued until they ultimately choose to walk away. For those considering opportunities here, please be aware of the realities before committing.

Pros

Great leadership, great team work, The best co- workers- decent salaries & always room to advance, a little bit of the old boy network when up for advancement, dependent on who do you know or buddies with.

Cons

Always changing and moving things around , even when all is working. Needing more loyalty to the employees
