Pros
Nothing good to share at all, it is all bad experiences, in fact, experience of worked like a slave
Cons
1) No such thing of work-life balance in the company, there's only works till you die 2) You have to punch card at the office before/at 9.00am, if you punched card at 9.01am, you are marked as late, and will public criticized in an email that broadcast to all employee. More than 4 times late in a month, your salary increment will be freeze for 6 months. 3) If this is not worse enough, you will be forced to attend night meeting from 7pm to 12pm on almost every weekday, and meeting on every weekend as well. Reasons given by management for such arrangement are "hard to get everybody to join meeting during workings-hour", "Do not want to disrupt your works", etc. 4) The management even goes the extreme by said "If you are working from 9 am to 2 am, don't even tell me you are overloaded and dare to ask for extra resources" 5) Eastern culture of public criticizes you, public humiliating you, instead of western culture of praise in front of crowds, but criticizes in private. 6) Tremendous salary package for China Citizens, with real company share, and able to retired earlier, but 2nd or 3rd class salary package for non-China Citizens. You are merely a Slave to them. 7) All management-level position are reserved for China Citizens, and their works merely giving order, and you will work like slave, bearing the responsibility and blame if anything goes wrong, but the management will claim the credit if it is a success 8) They are merely barking order in the office internally, and not capable to handle customer externally, as their proficiency in English is of low standard 9) There's no career path for non-China Citizen, whenever top positions available, it will be filled up by another paratrooper from China.
