Pros
Too much work. No promotion. No salary increase. No bonus. No bereavement leave. You work while on annual leave. You work while on sick leave. Getting tired is a sin. Outsourced employees receive less than half the salary of their internally employed colleagues for the same amount of work done. On top of all that, they want to track your personal phone all in the name of looking out if you have a side hustle. Your own personal phone that you bought with your hard-earned money! No privacy at all. Eish! Work in that company at your own risk.
Cons
Put effort into making the environment a better place. A lot of effort is put into the side shows that don't contribute to well-being of the employees. Treat outsourced employees well, we also work. You are a company keen on introducing new technologies into the world but have very old and archaic ways of working.
