Pros
Learn new things. The tools are inhouse developed. Fast paced environment and all team members strive to achieve one goal to complete the project on schedule.
Cons
The processes at Huawei are less efficient. The time is less and even if there is no work, you are expected to stay late for managers' satisfaction. You are counted by the number of hours you spend at office. In India, no extra facilities(cab, food , games etc) to talk of. Only work and work.
