Pros
- Brand equity is "ok" in some countries but very bad in the US (word of mouth by ex employees) - Makes you enjoy European/American companies even more -Pay has to be better than competition given bad reputation
Cons
-State owned enterprise in disguise -Ethnocentric - Chinese management alienates locals in Huawei Offices in every country I have visited , without exception -Different standards of ethics and professionalism -Bonuses paid 6 months after end of period - sometimes even later -Check the travel policy and daily allowance
