As far as HUAWEI china is concerned, they have huge network or technical competencies, their marketing sales guys r doing god job to get tenders, but it is a customer need driven company, so if u want to excel in the business aspects of a technology company, you have opertunities here. And HUAWEI india, especially bangalore, is concerned, u will get core development work easily, I myself got to design a tool in a component at 1.8 yrs experience.
Cons
HUAWEI China pay package is less,HUAWEI India is almost like a services provider to china, so decision making and information to make decisions are not really here in india. HUAWEI is a strongly customer driven company so space for autonomous technical innovation is lacking. Their work schedules are not only hectic but emotionally draining, managament decisions are not employee friendly, previously they used to pay good to replenish for these factors, but after recesion their pay master image is totally tarnished inspite they made proper advances in this scarcity market.
