      Great benefits and 401k company match with recently added work from home days which is a great perk

      A lot of hours required on the job. Many of the departments work in silos and information is not shared or discussed amongst key players.

      The company will not last long. There's no talent retention. It's a revolving door of employees.

      Cons

      It's a waste of time. Most employees received 2% Pay increases while management and leadership cheered record numbers, profits, and productivity.
