      Employee extras, sign on bonus, referral bonus, Insurance starting day one, They pay for prescription safety glasses, One on one training, Classroom training, great shift differentials, Lots of OT

      Cons

      Last minute communication / communication between groups. Not so much a con but there are growing pains

      The company will not last long. There's no talent retention. It's a revolving door of employees.

      Cons

      It's a waste of time. Most employees received 2% Pay increases while management and leadership cheered record numbers, profits, and productivity.
