Do they truly value our safety - Cell Worker Howmet Aerospace Employee Review

Howmet Aerospace claims to prioritize the safety of their employers. However; as there are inches of snowfall and ice all over the roads, we are expected to show up to work. We are not offered unpaid and excused time off, even though the weather has changed as it naturally does. As an employer of Howmet, I value nothing more than the safety of those who fly our planes; but I truly expect us to be cared for too.
