Pros
Hovione, being a "small" company, among other pharma companies, allows you to touch in different areas and to get a very broad knowledge of everything. Its quality systems is one the most robust and organised that I have ever seen. It is definitely a good "school" for you to start your career!
Cons
Following the pros, it is a good for the "start". Not for the career progression. The management is poor which is reflected, for example, in the performance evaluation system or the outcomes that may bring. Especially in Hovione Macau.
