      Pros

      They truly care about their staff. Wonderful management. Float pool was very flexible hours and sent you to god locations. I would still be there if my family want relocated.

      Cons

      Summer time is slow time of year, got canceled often.

      Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

      Cons

      Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
