Pros
New employee incentives, overtime offered, on the job training, great coworkers. Houston Methodist has a great reputation and a very well known name. When you hear the name Houston Methodist, you automatically feel a sense of pride and assurance. I will always take my family to Houston Methodist Hospitals because they sincerely do care about their patients and employees.
Cons
There are times when management did not listen to their employees and we had a serious, constant change in management leaders. Once the infrastructure of the management team was set in motion, the employees felt more at ease and ready to give 200%.
