Pros
The only pro to the district is since it's so large there are many campuses to transfer to if you insist on working here.
Cons
The district rolls out blanket programs expecting equal results on campuses that are understaffed and under resourced. The higher administration doesn't focus on ALL campuses and ensuring that special ed students get the services due to them. There is no nurse or guidance counselor on many campuses.
