Rampant and constant normalized sexual harassment from all levels of management, unsafe working conditions, inconsistent pay and shifts, treated as less than human, incompetent and inexperienced management with high turnover, owners wont invest in existing bars basic needs, all employees forced to tolerate bullying to keep job, inadequate security protocols, unhygienic and hazardous cleaning and maintenance practices
