Pros
As anyone can imagine, being a substitute teacher can be a challenging job anywhere at any grade level, but the administration, faculty, and staff at every school (and I've subbed at almost all of them!) are fantastic and johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to support--and effective support at that. And I've never felt as appreciated at ANY job as I do here.

Like any job, you have your good days and bad days, but some days it can be incredibly stressful. But hopefully you know that already.
