Working in collaboration with the team at Housing and Development Software, eHousingPlus, and the HDS Foundation over the last three years has been an excellent experience.  At HDS Companies, putting the Affordable Housing Community, employees, clients, business partners, and corporate social responsibility at the forefront is their company culture. What I enjoy the most about working with the team at HDS is the sense of community felt throughout the organization. When it comes to employees, they embrace diversity and inclusion and ensure that all people are treated as equals. They've even created job opportunities for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The HDS Foundation works in partnership with local high schools to provide programs for high school students with ASD and related disabilities.
