It's a family. Even the higher ups will understand if your goin through problems. Supervisors are your mates, as long as you do your job your won't be spoken down to or patronised, like I say it's a family. All the other trades men are there if you need help also. One of the best jobs I've had certainly. Tools supplied and available from jewsons when ever you need as well as materials, who by the way are always there to help us also. Company van and fuel card which in this day and age saves alot of money. So yea. Will try to hold onto this one for a while I think.
