7yThank you for your response; it’s important for us to collect as much feedback as possible from current and former employees so we can understand what works and what doesn’t in our company.
We are very concerned about your comments; our customers and colleagues are our priority and our managers receive thorough training in all aspects of their role.
If things go wrong we have processes in place to deal with them and we take any allegation of bullying very seriously. It doesn’t seem like we had the opportunity to work with you to address your concerns but if you would still like to discuss them with someone, please contact our HR team.
