Toxic, unorganized mess - Anonymous employee Housing Hope Employee Review

Everything else. Leadership have overinflated egos and poor leadership skills. There is egregious misuse/misallocation of public funds due to lack of competency in the finance department. It is MASSIVELY disorganized with a complete lack of care and regard for their properties and the people they purport to serve. Deep seeded and toxic favoritism. They set many lofty ideas with no solid plans or means for executing. And how could they anyway with zero training, zero accountability, and zero interest in improving any of the above.
