Used to be a friendly company with a family feel. Management from the top down where approachable. Loved my job but I could not take middle managements attitude and it drove me to leave a job I loved.

Got to big to quick and lost that approachable environment, no regard for managers or length of service it’s a if your face fits environment. Work life balance only applies to certain roles

Flexibility of hours; team ethos; opportunities for development and learning; the fact that so many people have a smile on their face
