      Decent training Overtime possible. Some downtime.

      Cons

      Most of management is placed due to relationship rather than merit. Will make you work weekends if quota is not made… will not know till day of.

      Setting own goals for the for progress

      Cons

      President and CEO many many knee jerk reactions with no settling time to see process/ progress action. Controlling actions with no chance of action successes. CYA to show board members the bottom line without taking into consideration of forward plans successes.
