They highly underpay (less than what fast food workers start at), and offer no benefits while micromanaging to find any reason to make you feel like you aren’t doing your job. The boss actually told me my job was unimportant as a way to make me feel invaluable. They are the most disorganized company I ever worked for, constantly losing the information needed to use their social media accounts. Then they leave it up to you to figure out because it’s only affecting your job. This company thrives on finding people who have nowhere else to go, then they spend the rest of your time there convincing you that you can’t find anything better. One of the two hires people and expects to get free therapy out of them. There is no work-life balance because they try to become a part of your life, texting you all hours of the day when you aren’t working. They just didn’t pay me for a full 8 hour day on my final paycheck and then never responded when I confronted them about it
