Nothing get my attention for writing cons

-Steady work schedule (that's it!)

-No overtime available (will need to holdover and complete a call which can take an unknown amount of time with problems ranging from bad phone connection to language barriers) -No teamwork from our partners in Cairo -Management would not assist with difficult callers; they would just tell you to handle it
