The management is very customer oriented..

Because people dont leave there is limited upside.

If you have the skills they will promote you or move you to other positions.

Not enough communication between managers and lower level employees. Too much pressure on employees for the low pay. A few difficult and lazy employees that were kept around too long and got used to being lazy making it difficult to supervise.
