      - Other servers are nice

      Cons

      - Unreliable hours - Rude guests - Condescending management - Poor/no training - Hour management is awful (evening shifts then a breakfast shift the next morning) less than 10 hours between shifts (illegal as per the Working Time Directive) - 0 hour contract - Awful management team - Missing pay - Poor standards - Missing stock - No consistency, new problems/direction changes every shift - Toxic environment

      nice management nice pay fun job good benefits

      fast paced at times in the mornings and sometimes felt they needed bellmen front desk had to do that

      Pros

      A team that works and plays well together. Travel discounts via IHG Rewards Program and Employee Rates. Flexible schedule and opportunities to cross-train with different departments (ie. Food and Beverage).

      Cons

      Benefits aren't as substantial if you're working for a privately-owned property. Skeleton crew size so be prepared to step up if a coworker gets sick or is out traveling.
