Good money, bad leadership - Bartender Hotel Carmichael Employee Review

Management had poor communication skills. Often found myself walking into a madhouse, never knowing about special events or big parties coming into the bar. I also had to run food on those night because there were not enough workers. Some nights I was the only bartender/server and there would be 150 people needing service. The kitchen is very far from the lobby bar. Seems like they needed to hire more help but never did. I never felt set up for success.
