Pros
I started here as an intern and am currently working as a Senior Software Developer. Overall, my experience has been very fulfilling—I couldn’t have asked for more as a fresher. The company provides great learning opportunities and exposure to multiple domains. In the beginning, you might feel overwhelmed due to the working hours, but over time you realize that it helps you grow at a different level. One of the biggest highlights has been the learning sessions with Anil sir, where the focus was not just on completing tasks but understanding things in depth. This really helped me shift from a college mindset to an industry-ready approach. The deep learning culture here helped me discover my areas of interest. People and managers are very supportive, and there’s no internal politics in the company, everything depends on your performance and attitude. The food is great, and there are regular sports and cultural events which make the environment even better. I also got opportunities beyond regular work, like attending college sessions as a judge/jury member, mentoring freshers, and being part of the recruitment process.
Cons
New joiners might initially feel a bit uncomfortable with the working hours. Also, while the current tech stack is good, there’s scope to explore more technologies, and sometimes you may feel there are a few blind spots.
