Management and corporate suck - Manager Hot Topic Employee Review

Upper management sucks, and have no clue what it's like to work in the stores. Most of the DMs and above were outside hires. They don't care about the employees, and they don't listen to anything you have to say. Very poor pay. No reason for people to stay for the long haul.
