I joined this company because I needed a change. I got a change, for sure. I thought I knew what I was getting into, but I was wrong. I was brought in being told I would have autonomy and I would be able to use my skills and abilities as part of the process of creating innovating games and apps. What I ended up working on were mediocre no skill required projects. I felt misled. I barely got to work on any of the projects I was promised I would work on. I felt like there was no clear path or goals at the company. I felt relieved when I left.
