Do yourself a favour and don’t work for this agency. Office staff are extremely rude and always try to rush you off the phone, to a point where I dreaded calling the office as they are very arrogant and unhelpful! Every other week they were underpaying me, or would ask me to confirm my hours otherwise I would not get paid. They don’t upload certain shifts on your profile, for example my friends profile had several shifts available whilst my profile had none, I felt like they only uploaded shifts onto my profile, when they desperately needed people. so there were weeks in which I would not have a single shift. Applying for shifts is a nightmare there were times I would apply for like 4 shifts and they’d decline like 3 and I’d only do one shift. Also there are certain shifts in which they don’t even pay you £7.50 the pay is really bad, and there are events where you might finish late with no transport provided home, and tube station may be closed making the way home so much longer. They have also changed their company name several times which is very confusing and weird.

Pros

My recruiter (JK) was excellent in all areas of getting me going on this contract. Once into it, he kept me "on his radar" without being overly intrusive. When i needed him, he was there!

Cons

the on-boarding process is somewhat disorganized, but this seems to be an issue in almost every travel company i have worked with.
