Pros
Some great people as co-workers and colleagues. There is a 20 word minimum here so I am writing more since there is not really many pros. Food in the office sometimes?
Cons
Upper management drags employees through the dirt publicly to instill fear. Gives no reason for their actions. There is no such thing as a “review” - you could get told “fantastic job for this project and in general blah blah!” from management after you worked the normal 60+ hour week and if they have a problem with you the next day they will demote you or cut pay for no reason. Management doesn’t listen to honest, constructive and educated ideas from lower level employees unless you are one of the favorites. This place does not seem to be changing unless some major changes happen. Run. Don’t waste your time. Any other job would most likely be better.
