      Pros

      -I got to do whatever I wanted: watch Netflix, go on Facebook, surf the web during my shift. -PTO acquires quickly. -Job was easy. -They did whatever they could to get you the days off you need.

      Cons

      -Impossible to call in if you are sick or a death of a family member. -If the next shift doesn’t show, you are stuck pulling a double. -Have to cover lots of extra shifts due to vacation time. -Work lots of weekends -No breaks at all, can’t leave the office. -You have to wait for someone to cover your office if you need to use the bathroom. -Doctors yell at you when they don’t get their way. - 0-3% raise every year with no room for negotiation.

      Pros

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
