      Pros

      Excellent culture and core values that transcend to all parts of life. Fair pay for locations Possible advancement (opportunities are available but MANAGERS choose who they want to elevate to the next level) (Most) Employees are kind, care and understanding .

      Cons

      No one lives the core values (Respect, Care, Competence and Joy) Too many manager and NO LEADERS! Constant changes in standards Lack of accountability at every level Far too much favoritism in all departments Opportunities are false positives

      Pros

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      Cons

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
