Pros
Decent salary and benefits. The EMEA president is a good visionary but is hardly in.
Cons
The company's attitude to human resources is utilitarian and there is a high turnover of staff. There is no real professional development based on performance. Incompetent and even abusive managers are protected and excused by HR; even on the face of evidence.
