Jealous under qualified employees wanted positions they didn’t even have a degree for. Grown men snitching on fellow employees for doing stuff that was none of their business, but never told on themselves for doing the same thing if not worse. Work place was divided between new and employees and old ones that sucked at their job and was hurt by the more efficient and accurate ones.
