Probably the cleanest facility I have ever worked at, the company uses top tier tools and equipment. Standard work hours, strong HR, decent pay.

Location can be difficult in the winter

The pay is decent and they're pretty flexible with scheduling overall. The majority of the people are great to work with.

The job is rewarding and there is a lot of long-term growth potential, but certain members of management are more interested in pinching pennies, to the detriment of the employees AND the business, rather than contributing to the "positive environment" and the "family company who cares" mentality stated on the company website.
