      Pros

      It's remote so that's nice I guess. They will go out of business soon.

      Cons

      Management is disrespectful. Constant changing policies. Most of management is not technical, and not aware of issues. Lying, dishonest. Company doesn't listen to employees much. Poor documentation. Minimal training. Revolving door, layoffs. Runs on minimal staff. You do other people's jobs from different departments and your own.

      - remote work - don't get micro-managed - good people to work with

      Cons

      - no personal growth within the company - executives and directors - CEO (insensitive/disappointing) - too many group terminations - systems never work or are very old and slow - no clear process improvements - some managers are condescending no matter what your role is, there is a high sense of entitlement
