Pros
It’s never a dull experience. Travel the country, experience new sights, whilst learning more and more about this field and how each state does construction. I do love my lob and this is the main reason.
Cons
Work-life balance is not great. And if it’s the slow season and there’s no work for whatever reason, they will not pay or compensate you for idling, even if you’re a full-time employee.
