Best reasons to work here: Flexible if you need time off We are NOT micro managed Everyone is helpful to each other We actually enjoy working with our co-workers Management listens to ideas and tries to implement Management is helpful with difficult situations, just have to ask for help Relaxed atmosphere but also professional We enjoy a beautiful office space Owners of the company are great people

Cons

Not many paid holidays No vacation or retirement or medical

Thank you so much for leaving a review! True there are four paid holidays but PTO accrual is meant for more time off and vacation as you desire to use it. Will be reviewing PTO accrual. I appreciate your feedback!

Pros

Great owners? Yes! Great tenants? Yes! Great coworkers? Yes! (both past and present) Good times and great laughs? Yes! Urge to write a book of true stories that would confound everyone and keep laughs going through the whole thing? Yes! Owner with a big heart? Yes! Owner that has stood with me for all these years? Yes! Owner that I could call 24/7 and she would come running? Yes!!! Oh… and just an FYI… we have shed some “baggage” and made some fantastic upgrades to help us out now and in the future. Looking forward to even more great changes! Are there going to be more rough times? Yes! Bring it on!

Cons

This is a very stressful field of work that just isn’t made for the faint hearted, thin skinned, or non committal types. Mad owners? Yes! Mad tenants? Yes! Mad employees? Yes! Mad Boss? Yes! Difficult times? Yes! Crazy days? Yes! Nonstop phones? Yes! The words “I quit” muttered daily? Yes! Rules to follow? Yes! Owner driven to make her business succeed? Yes! Owner often one sided or tunnel visioned? Yes!
