Pros
- Management is open to hearing ideas
- New things to learn and skills to acquire everyday
Cons
- Directionless management. The company was founded without any real idea/product in mind. Every week/month is a trial and error process that everyone is supposed to adapt to.
- Unprofessional work culture. The management very clearly plays favourites with certain employees.
- No laptops are provided
- Designation change every week. People are expected to adapt to changing circumstances everyday, regardless of whether your skills match up or not. And if they don't, you run the risk of being laid off.
- The co-founders operate in their own silo-ed world and don't acknowledge market realities.
- One co-founder is so data minded that they expect you to assign time estimates for daily tasks as though people are robots.
- You are always dispensable to them. It's a matter of: right now, do they need your skills?
- Salaries are not paid on time and the management does nothing about this. For people applying to the company who have loans or run families, this is important to know.
