      *office is in good location

      Cons

      *low wages *long working hours also on weekends - overtime is not paid *boring projects - they still live in the 80's *bad indoor climate in the Patera buildings *some of the partners are completely out of context

      Amazing projects. I've grown as a designer in this firm and the firm always sets goals to the excellence.

      Cons

      Low salaries, long working hours. It's pretty normal being at the office during the weekends. The overtime is not pay. The Dubai office it's a disappointing working space.
