Easy to work with management, they listen and act upon good ideas. They pay well and actual appreciate your work, not just “expect it.” Plenty of trust to do your work properly and no micro-managing. Opportunity to work on great projects and introduce new ones. Management has always listened to me. Superior product with even more potential in the marketplace. Management puts the right people into the right positions.
